As a Home Care Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Health at Home and Mercy Home Health, you’ll deliver one‑on‑one, high‑quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you’ll assess, plan, and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence.

This position will cover Upper Bucks County and is based out of Newtown, PA.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program
• Active CNA Certification in the state
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience
