Mélange on Sycamore is a brand-new restaurant in Newton, PA, and we need top talent to help us succeed! We’re hiring talented and outgoing Restaurant Bartenders to join us full- or part-time and serve tasty drinks to our guests.

You’ll earn a base wage of $3.75/hour and make tips

You can work full- or part-time during our operating hours.

As our Restaurant Bartender, you’ll be setting the tone for pleasant and comfortable experiences while guests dine with us. Your days will revolve around engaging with guests, delivering exceptional customer service, and accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. You’ll check IDs, process cash and credit transactions, and avoid over‑serving guests. You’ll recommend menu items, upsell products, and keep our bar clean, organized, and well‑stocked with garnishes and other items.

In order to do this, you’ll need the following:

• 18+ years old
• Bartending experience
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to accurately complete cash transactions
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
