A Host engages in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server; manages the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations; and always sincerely thanks guests as they leave and invites them to return.
Finally, a Host ensures various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
