We are currently seeking a full or part‑time Host/Hostess to join our team and enhance our customers' experience.

• Greeting and Welcoming Customers:
  Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Customer Engagement:
  Engage in friendly conversations, actively listen, and offer assistance, answering questions and providing relevant information.
• Directing Customers:
  Assess customers' needs and guide them to the appropriate staff member, ensuring smooth flow.
• Showroom Maintenance:
  Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring displays and merchandise are presented attractively.
• Client Information Tracking:
  Accurately record and update customer information in the physical client database while ensuring confidentiality.

  Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other staff members to provide seamless customer experience.

• Customer Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred; excellent communication skills required.
