We are looking for one top-producing In-Home Sales Professional to dominate the Philly Suburbs and Delaware market. We provide the pre-qualified, high-intent leads
; you provide the one-call close expertise.
The Best Leads in the Tri-State: No cold calling. No door knocking. Our marketing team fills your calendar with 10–12 high-quality, pre-set appointments per week.
Premium Market Territory: You’ll be working the "Collar Counties" and Delaware’s high-growth areas—territories with high home values and homeowners ready to invest.
Aggressive Commission Structure: We pay for performance. If you are a closer, you should be making $20k–$30k a month. We have the margins to make that happen.
Short Sales Cycle: Our bathroom solutions are high-impact and high-velocity. Most deals are closed in a single 90-minute visit.
The "One-Call" Specialist: You have a proven track record of closing high-ticket home improvements on the first visit.
Professional Grade: You have the polish to sit at a kitchen table in the Main Line or a luxury home in Hockessin and win the client's trust instantly.
Self-Managed: You are a pro. You don't need a manager breathing down your neck; you just need a steady flow of leads and a product that delivers.
Road Ready: Valid driver’s license and a reliable, professional vehicle are required for travel throughout the Philly/DE territory.
