** 21+ Years of Age (C101):

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should possess experience with access control systems and badge management. This experience is crucial for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** A background in customer service is required for all positions that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work areas, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing courteous direction and escalating access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying designated contacts as required.

+ Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
