Business Development Associate; Spanish Bilingual

We are launching an exciting new language training business focused on the Mexican market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Spanish Bilingual to play a key role in building this project from the ground up. We need someone who can contribute to online market research, website development, and help explore sales strategies. You will be involved in the early stages of the business, helping us shape our presence in the Mexican market.

• College graduate of any course
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Experience in market research, sales, or business development is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Interest in working on a new project from its early stages

• Conduct online research on the Mexican market to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors
• Assist with the development and localization of our company’s website for the Mexican audience
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement initial sales strategies
• Support the exploration of business models that cater to local customer needs
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and integration of the new project
