Dental Assistant – Dental Associates of CT

Join us as a full‑time Dental Assistant at Dental Associates of CT in Newtown, CT, where we provide quality dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

• Greet and seat patients
• Act as a liaison between patients and the dentist
• Set up trays according to daily charts
• Review schedules and anticipate the dentist’s needs
• Assist chairside using four‑handed dentistry
• Enter treatment plans
• Take x‑rays as needed
• Clean and disinfect the operatory after each patient
• Take alginate impressions, pour and trim models
• Package and sterilize instruments
• Maintain a fully stocked operatory

High school diploma or GED.

• Dental office experience
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend software
• X‑ray and ICE certification

4 days per week: 1–2 late nights per week and 2 Saturdays per month. Current office hours will be discussed.

$20‑25 per hour (depending on experience).
