** Mission:
** The Technical Trainer role is multidisciplinary in nature, and travel to customers’ premises is often required. This individual will be responsible for delivering effective training to both internal staff and external partners. In addition, the Technical Trainer will assist in creating and documenting product training materials. An excellent understanding of hardware functionality is necessary. He/she will work to drive a high level of partner/ customer training satisfaction.

Duties also include identifying appropriate product improvements to optimize customer satisfaction.

* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs on both software and hardware solutions to internal teams, customers, and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software applications, hardware configuration, technical support, and instructional design.
** Responsibilities:
*** Develop and Deliver Training:
Create and conduct onsite and virtual training sessions to teach channel partners and staff about our RTLS products, ensuring a clear understanding of technical concepts for users of varying skill levels.
* Technical and Field Support:
Provide onsite and remote training and demonstration support, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and offer technical troubleshooting during sessions.
* Create Learning Materials:
Develop high-quality training resources, including presentations, user manuals, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and other learning aids. Assist with the creation of training documentation.
* Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
Utilize the LMS platform to track training progress, manage certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Customer Satisfaction and Feedback:
Ensure high levels of training satisfaction, collect feedback, and implement improvements based on customer and partner needs.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in technical training, with a strong understanding of both software and hardware systems.
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and maintaining training documentation.
* Ability to travel 50%-75% to deliver training and support at customer premises.
* Must be able to pass credentialing criteria for healthcare contractors.
* Provide in-depth training detailing how to create an RTLS map design properly, conduct a site survey to validate the design, install and configure RTLS equipment for various solutions, and detail best practices for testing and certifying a successfully installed system.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Instructional design or training-related certifications.
* Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
* Networking skills to include experience of Networking Protocols, Network Devices, Operating Systems, Network Security, Monitoring Tools, and Cloud Platforms
* Additional technical skills, including electrical experience and interpreting architectural designs
* Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
* Able to work from Newtown PA headquarters.
