We are looking for Social Media Executive for Newtown Location

Qualification:
Graduation - Work Experience: 4 years
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s marketing goals and brand identity.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and others.
- Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns, including paid promotions, and monitor posting consistency.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong community by fostering positive interactions and conversations.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Linked In Ads to increase reach and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and apply that knowledge to increase the organization’s social media presence.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR, and customer service) to ensure brand consistency and leverage social media for broader organizational goals.
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
