Select Physical Therapy, a member of the Select Medical family, offers a Business Development Manager position covering a large territory in Connecticut (Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven, Middlesex, Hartford counties). Base salary $60,000 – $80,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
This role is essential to growing the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop referral opportunities with new business customers
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
- Educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services
- Regularly participate in community outreach events
Minimum qualifications:
- B.S. / B.A. degree
Preferred qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- 2 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in the outpatient therapy setting
- Entry level
