Fencing Team LeaderFencing Team Leader position based just outside Ledbury, in the United Kingdom. Permanent full‑time role with an annual salary of up to £34 255.00, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, overtime, pension contribution and a company van.
Responsibilities- Responsible for and working alongside a small team of fencers.
- Installing timber, palisade and various metal fencing, hoarding and pedestrian gates.
- Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
- Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to high standards.
- Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign‑ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
- A minimum of two years fencing experience.
- Team leading experience.
- Enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
- CSCS card preferred.
- Experience of fencing on new build housing sites.
- A valid driving licence.
- Salary up to £34 255.00 per year.
- Company van.
