Apple Inc. is seeking a capable Construction Estimator to join the pre-construction team in the Cambridge region. You will deliver cost plans and first-principle estimates for major schemes, and quantify BIM/take-offs to create comprehensive cost structures.
You will assist senior estimators during mid-tender reviews, manage tender documentation, and help with value engineering and risk discussions across a structured bid team.
