Connect Central Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor who specialising in fast-track commercial and retail fit out projects.
The RoleWe are looking for a confident Site Manager with strong experience managing trades, labour and subcontractors on fast-paced fit out projects.
Qualifications & Experience- Ideally from a joinery/carpentry background
- Proven experience managing trades, labour and subcontractors
- Previous experience working on fast-track retail fit out projects
- Strong background in commercial fit out
- Valid SMSTS & Black CSCS Card
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge
- IPAF desirable but not essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding site environment
