Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, £24,425 - £24,824 per annum (equivalent to £10,562 - £10,734 per annum).
Hours: 16 hours per week (including evening and weekends, and occasional early mornings).
Position: Permanent, part time.
About you:- Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience.
- You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent).
- You must be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
