Service Technician

Overview

As a Service Technician, you'll be the trusted face of Water Technologies UK at customer sites, completing a variety of water hygiene tasks, including field‑based roles that keep our clients safe and compliant. We’re on a mission of Ecological Transformation and are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to help us lead the charge.

• Temperature monitoring, water sampling, and shower cleans and descales
• TMV servicing and cold water storage tank inspections and disinfecting
• Assisting with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations
• Recording and reporting work using digital tools (Zeta Safe, Word, Excel)
• Building strong client relationships and offering proactive recommendations

• Experience in Legionella control services
• Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG
  274 (training desirable if not yet achieved)
• Good IT skills and experience with Google apps and email
• Full UK driving licence
• A team player with strong communication and time‑management skills
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• Experience with Zeta mobile app or similar is a plus
