Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

Solo Service Group is recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team on a part‑time, permanent basis in DPP Newtown, SY16 1EN
. We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to work approximately 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday‑Friday). The successful applicant will be required to undergo Police Vetting. Pay: £13.45 per hour.

Your main duties will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning wash/shower rooms.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
• Handling any customer requests promptly and courteously.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
• Reliability and responsibility with a flexible approach to work.
• Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
