Overview
As the UK's leading Healthcare Charity, we're focused on delivering high standards of customer service. Maintaining cleanliness in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs is essential to create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers. As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our site, you will organise your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning does not interfere with the customer experience.
You will use the latest cleaning equipment and receive a first-class training programme. You will have a friendly nature and good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at the site
- Care about our customers and take pride in your work
- Follow cleaning processes and ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers
- Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners)
- Be responsible for a variety of tasks, including gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside cleaning, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning
- Work with assistance from a Team Leader to organise and plan your time
- Experience in a similar role
- Well organized with the ability to follow cleaning processes and maintain a safe, pleasant environment for customers
