ADLIB seeks a Head of Marketing for a growing B2B distribution business based in Powys, Wales. You will connect marketing to customers, sales, and commercial performance, building capability and shaping the strategy to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable growth.
You’ll lead internal and external marketing resources, partner with Supply Chain, and drive demand generation with a structured, commercially focused approach. Salary up to £70,000 plus bonus and 25 days holiday.
