• Handling inbound enquiries and preparing quotations
• Learning to deliver online and phone‑based product demos
• Building a pipeline through referrals and existing customers
• Developing sales skills with guidance from experienced colleagues
• Using CRM systems to manage customer relationships

• Motivated, confident communicator eager to learn
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer service
• Comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
• Positive attitude and target‑driven mindset
