- Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM subject.
- Consistent, well‑rounded academic track record, including excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming principles (for CS degree candidates).
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus, but not required.

As a member of EDG, you’ll have the flexibility to select your own projects, be mentored by industry experts in areas such as software engineering, quality engineering, user experience, technical writing, and more.
The program is designed to provide opportunities to support your learning and growth to transition to roles in Development and continue the next step of your career offer technical learning opportunities in areas such as full‑stack software development (with languages including C++, MATLAB, JavaScript, and Go), high‑performance computing, cloud computing integration, AI, deep learning & text analytics, physical modelling, embedded systems, code generation & verification, and wireless communications.
