Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering proactive advice and support on financial and compliance matters Assisting with the training and development of junior members of the team Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and supporting clients with wider compliance requirements Contributing to the ongoing development of client relationships and supporting business growth Requirements Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist, or qualified by experience Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships Self-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload to deadlines
