Data Entry Administrator

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team based in Newtownabbey.

• £13 - £14 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Office-based role in Mallusk

You’ll be joining a reputable private sector organisation that values precision, teamwork, and high standards of customer service.

• Accurately input and manage data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients confidently via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
• Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.

• Accurately input and validate large volumes of data, performing basic error-checking and consistency reviews
• Manage and track your own caseload, ensuring all records are up to date and processed within required time frames
• Support team objectives through collaborative case management and workload sharing
• Handle customer queries - including complex or diff
• Maintain accurate documentation and records across internal systems and databases
• Provide general administrative support including filing, correspondence, and document preparation
