Personal Secretary - Whiteabbey

One Personal Secretary is required to join the team based at the Community Care Division in Whiteabbey Hospital. This is a part time position (30 hours). Working Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm, with a pay rate if £12.75. This is a temporary position expected to last 3 months.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support ensuring a smooth and professional service within the department.

The main duties of the position are:

• Provide secretarial support to senior staff, including organising meetings and managing diaries
• Support meetings by taking minutes and distributing documents
• Type reports, letters, and forms from notes or digital dictation
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails professionally
• Liaise with external agencies and respond to service-related queries
• Maintain and update electronic systems and manual records
• Compile data and update spreadsheets and databases
• Order office supplies using the e-procurement system

What We Need From You:

• 4 GCSE's including English
• 1 years' clerical/secretarial experience
• Previous minute taking experience
