Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an excellent client to recruit a Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a reputable business, experiencing continual demand in the sector, making it an excellent time to join a well-established team. The Role- Main point of contact for service queries, providing a high level of customer service.
- Providing update on the progress of work, ensuring a high level of accuracy in reporting and coordinating of services.
- Creating order quotations.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure jobs are carried out correctly and within a timely manner.
- Assisting in various administrative duties including processing of invoices and liaising with suppliers.
- Previous experience working within administration, ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, with ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment and ability to work well within a team.
- Proactive mentality and ability to work off your own initiative.
For this role includes a salary of up to £31,000 depending on experience. Based on site, in the Co. Antrim area, this role presents great opportunities for long-term progression and development working within an exciting and ever-growing industry. With a shift pattern of Monday
- Friday 8am-6pm, with requirements for 1 in 3 Saturday morning cover.
