Operations Administrator

Position: Operations Administrator (Monday - Friday, 07:00-16:00)
Ashton Recruitment is seeking an Operations Administrator for our client based in Mallusk.

Operations Administrator (07:00-16:00)

Location:

Mallusk Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with a one-hour break

Contract:

Temporary with the opportunity to become permanent/Permanent for the right person This varied role combines office administration, customer and driver communication, and some light warehouse duties. It would suit someone who is organised, confident using Excel and comfortable working in a busy logistics environment.

Key duties:

Inputting data accurately and keeping records up to date. Using Excel spreadsheets to record and maintain information. Communicating professionally with customers and drivers over the phone and face to face. Carrying out general office and administrative duties. Assisting with limited warehouse duties as required.

Essential Criteria ;
Experience using Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Good organisational skills and a reliable approach to work. Ability to carry out the physical tasks associated with light warehouse duties. Ashton Recruitment is acting as an employment business.
