I’m a UK-based founder launching a tightly scoped MVP service for tradespeople.
This is not a VA role

I’m looking for one strong operator who can confidently run a simple system end‑to‑end:
- deliver the service
- manage execution day to day
This role suits someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForThis role has two parallel phases running at the same time.
You must be organised and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously
.
You will:
- Identify and contact UK tradespeople
- Run AI‑assisted outbound outreach at meaningful volume
- Manage follow‑ups, replies, and response tracking
- Improve messaging based on real performance data
You should already be comfortable using modern outreach systems such as:
- Apollo
- Lemlist
- Instantly
- Smartlead
- or similar tools
High‑quality volume, proper tracking, and disciplined follow‑up matter here.
This is not manual one‑off messaging.
Phase 2 – Service Delivery (Ongoing)Once clients are onboarded, you will:
- Deliver the service daily for each client
- Monitor defined sources and alerts
- Filter opportunities using clear criteria
- Act quickly on time‑sensitive items
- Route opportunities via Whats App or similar channels
- Maintain consistent delivery standards
Client acquisition continues while service delivery is active.
Organisation & Execution- Can manage multiple moving parts without chaos
- Is naturally organised and structured
- Can switch between outreach, delivery, and reporting smoothly
- Makes reasonable decisions without constant oversight
You should be comfortable using tools such as:
- Outreach platforms (as above)
- Slack for daily communication
- Loom for async updates or walkthroughs
- Whats App for delivery and client communication
- CRM or tracking tools (any system you’re experienced with)
- Exact tools are flexible
- Execution quality matters more than specific software
- You are primarily a general VA
- You need step‑by‑step daily instruction
- You only want to send messages
- You avoid responsibility for outcomes
- You prefer discussing ideas over executing them
- You’ve run outbound systems before
- You understand follow‑ups, tracking, and conversion
- You’re confident managing both acquisition and delivery
- You like owning a process end‑to‑end
- You want to grow with something once it’s validated
- Outreach system live and performing
- First paying clients onboarded
- Clean execution across both phases
- Clear, consistent reporting
- No overselling or broken expectations
- Competitive base pay (discussed privately)
- Performance incentives tied to paying clients acquired
- Consistency and quality of delivery
