That’s why we’re hiring our first Head of Employer Success, a senior leader who can build a modern, high‑performing Customer Success function that drives retention, renewal, impact and advocacy across our employer base.
The roleYou will:
- Lead the shift from account management to true talent partnership.
- Build and scale the Employer Success engine: onboarding, adoption, health, renewals, retention and advocacy.
- Manage enterprise-level employer relationships and ensure value is realised early and consistently.
- Embed commercial and data discipline through CRM excellence, forecasting, reporting and insight‑led action.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with clarity, coaching and accountability.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Delivery, Product, Recruitment, Operations and Finance to deliver a seamless employer experience.
This role is central to our growth: strong Employer Success fuels retention, expansion and reputation.
About youYou’re an experienced leader from Customer Success, Client Services or B2B partnership environments, ideally in complex or regulated sectors such as SaaS, technical services, scientific industries or education‑related fields.
You bring:
- Experience designing and scaling customer success functions.
- Strong enterprise relationship skills and confident influencing at senior levels.
- Data‑led discipline: forecasting, health metrics, CRM hygiene and insight‑driven decisions.
- A collaborative, coaching‑led leadership style with high standards and high care.
