Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff to the CEO acts as an execution partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment across priorities, driving key initiatives forward, and enabling effective communication with internal teams, investors, and the board. This role blends structured execution, stakeholder management, and analytical problem solving, and is ideal for someone with a consulting background who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
What You’ll Do- Drive the execution of internal and external strategic projects led by the CEO
- Track priorities, deadlines, and outcomes across leadership initiatives
- Own internal follow‑ups to ensure decisions translate into action
- Partner with functional leaders to unblock progress and maintain momentum
- Serve as a key point of coordination for investors and board members
- Maintain ongoing investor relationships and respond to inbound requests
- Prepare board decks, leadership updates, and performance summaries
- Plan and run company town halls in partnership with the CEO and leadership team
- Support quarterly planning cycles, including goal setting, alignment, and tracking
- Prepare internal reports, updates, and written communications for leadership and broader teams
- Lead special projects on behalf of the CEO as business needs arise
- Conduct market, competitive, or strategic research to inform decision‑making
- Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive‑ready materials
- Mid‑level associate or senior associate experience at a top‑tier consulting firm or similar environment; experience working closely with senior executives, founders, or boards is a strong plus.
- Background in technology, SaaS, fintech, or high‑growth startups preferred
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- Work directly with the CEO on the most critical priorities of the business
- Exposure to investors, board members, and senior leadership early in your career
