This role exists to take full ownership of our commercial engine as we scale the business. You’ll work directly with the CEO and board adviser to shape how sales and partnerships operate together, deciding where focus, investment, and leadership time should go to drive sustainable growth and enterprise value.
Sales activity is live and generating results, partnerships are an important and growing channel, and inbound and events are producing qualified demand. What’s intentionally open is how these channels are owned, prioritised, and orchestrated as we scale and this role will help define that.
This is a senior, high-trust role designed to reduce founder dependency, while remaining close enough to execution to ensure commercial momentum doesn’t slip.
What We’re Looking For- Senior B2B SaaS commercial experience across sales, partnerships, or both
- Comfortable operating between strategy and execution
- Proven ability to hold sales teams accountable without over-managing
- Strong enterprise deal experience and C-level credibility
- Experience using data and Rev Ops tooling to drive performance
- Comfortable making trade-offs and saying no
- Low ego, high ownership, and strong commercial judgement
- Experience in loyalty, CRM, Mar Tech, or data-led platforms
- Start-up and Scale up experience in high growth businesses is referred Partner-led or ecosystem GTM experience
