Site Manager

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:
Job Title – Site Manager Project – Residential – New Build Residential Job Location – Northern Ireland Salary – £40K - £45K and company vehicle About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor who specialises in delivering high quality social housing and private housing developments as well as a variety of Commercial developments across Ulster.

Project values range from £1M to £10M and developments are in excess of 100 units.

Applicants must have experience Managing new build residential developments from site set up through to completion with particular emphasis on finishing.

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build residential development.
• Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers.
• Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Consult with local authorities and clients when required.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
• Asist in Material Take offs
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

• A Degree in Construction Management or relevant Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor managing new build residential developments form greenfield to handover.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
