• Proven experience in VFX compositing and 3D environment creation for music videos, film, or narrative projects
• Proficiency with industry‑standard tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, Cinema 4D, and After Effects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating environment builds, green screen integration, and cinematic visual storytelling
• Ability to match lighting, depth, and color grading for realistic compositing
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for subtle, emotionally resonant effects
• Experience working on music videos or similar narrative visual projects is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on a remote, contract basis
