Client Engagement Manager

You'll keep clients connected, spot growth opportunities, and help unlock their potential with Babel Quest. You'll build relationships beyond projects, maintain trust between engagements, and turn insights into conversations that expand what's possible.

You'll work across teams as a connector, keeping clients engaged with our services and ensuring we're present when new opportunities emerge.

Like the buzz of staying connected. You're passionate about building relationships and keeping conversations alive between projects. You spot opportunities and drive them forward.

You're curious. You care about client success and take ownership of your portfolio. You work independently, but always as part of the wider team.

You drive business growth by engaging stakeholders, demonstrating clear ROI, and confidently pitching the strategic roadmap.

Work flexible hours at home and at the office (for all the life moments that don't fall on weekends). You'll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you'll get a month‑long, paid sabbatical.
