Duties of the Service Advisor role:

Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Managing workshops and service bookings to meet deadlines
Promoting dealership products and services to meet sales targets
Supporting team initiatives and contributing to business growth
Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
Maintaining departmental organisation and supporting team performance

Requirements for the Service Advisor role:

Previous customer service or selling experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Full UK driving licence
