Education Authority’s Loughshore EOTAS Centre in Antrim/Newtownabbey is seeking a dedicated Transition Support Teacher to deliver History and general subjects (GCSE & LEVEL
2) to pupils with SBEW needs, and to provide transition support across settings.
You will plan, teach, assess and report on progress, offer pastoral support, build nurturing relationships, and collaborate with families, schools and external agencies to improve attendance and outcomes.
