• Own and deliver network design across complex environments, with a hands‑on focus on routing, switching, and overall network architecture
• Lead technical delivery and ensure high‑quality implementation across projects
• Drive and maintain technical standards, best practices, and design consistency
• Provide senior technical leadership within a small engineering team
• Shape future network designs, processes, and technical direction
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

• Strong experience in network engineering across routing, switching, and design
• Cisco‑focused background
• CCNA certification required (lapsed CCNP acceptable)
• Experience operating in a senior, hands‑on technical role
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with an initial office‑based onboarding period
• Based in or able to work across the South of England
