Building Management Control Systems Project Manager position in Newtownabbey. Permanent role offering a salary between £42,000 and £60,000 per annum. Working across the UK and Ireland, you will oversee projects from initial sales handover through CAD design, panel construction, electrical installation, commissioning, and final completion. This role is suited to a Building Service Engineer transitioning into a services management capacity.
BMS Controls Systems Project Manager required to join a Projects department covering the UK and Ireland. The role would suit a Building Service Engineer looking to move into a services management role.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple concurrent projects alongside panel design and commissioning teams.
- Oversee projects from sales handover, through CAD design, panel build, electrical installation, commissioning and final completion.
- Collaborate with panel design and build teams, commissioning teams to deliver projects.
- Technical or client‑facing background in building services.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or other platforms.
- Full clean driving licence.
