to process, and where appropriate approve, grant applications for all affordable warmth, boiler replacement and private sector grants schemes, in a timely and effective manner through engagement with relevant stakeholders. The post holder will be responsible for processing applications from first contact to payment of grant including authorisation of grant approvals and payments.

• possess a minimum of 5 gcse's at grade c or above or equivalent level 2 qualifications.
