Permanent, full-time
Salary:
Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions:
Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.
Sizewell C is entering an exciting phase of growth as we mature into an independent organisation and continue building one of the UK's largest and most important energy projects.
About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support key functions across the Sizewell C project. You will provide strategic financial insight, robust challenge, and decision support to senior stakeholders within a complex, large‑scale capital delivery environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring strong financial governance, cost control, forecasting accuracy, and value optimisation across your portfolio.
About You- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in finance business partnering within large, complex organisations (infrastructure, construction, energy, or capital projects experience desirable)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and communication skills
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a project based or regulated environment is advantageous
