Revenue Protection Assistant Temporary

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Antrim to recruit a Revenue Protection Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis with the potential of extension.

The company

Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation with a strong presence in their sector, currently experiencing an exciting period of growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Billing Manager, this role will involve:

• Supporting the billing function by identifying and monitoring revenue at risk
• Investigating and processing billing discrepancies
• Carrying out data analysis and calculations using spreadsheets
• Liaising with customers regarding payment queries, plans, and escalations

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in accountancy & finance or similar is an advantageous
• Strong communication skills with confidence handling customer queries
• Good attention to detail
• Experience using Excel (including simple formulas)
