As a Domestic Assistant you are the key to ensuring a hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You maintain a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of residents, visitors and staff, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

• Carry out all duties to ensure we always provide a high level of cleanliness.
• Understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with equipment and cleaning materials required.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
• Your caring nature and positive attitude will allow you to give the best possible service to the residents in our care.
• As a team player, work well with others, enjoy communication, provide the energy and hard work needed for a changing environment.

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
