The role:

You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-cantered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care. Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate Shadow the Nurse manager and Cover for the Nurse Manager when needed Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
