QSHE and Compliance Operator - Logistics and Freight Forwarding

Annual Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Working hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Develop, review, and maintain QSHE documentation, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and environmental aspects & impacts.
• Conduct audits, spot checks, and site visits across Group and customer locations (GB & Ireland), producing reports and recommending improvements to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
• Deliver QSHE inductions and support awareness, security, and product safety programmes through training and engagement campaigns.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety concerns to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Act as a point of contact for QSHE enquiries and collaborate across departments to promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Experience in a previous QHSE position
• Previous experience working for a UK or Ireland based Logistics company is desirable.
• Up to date NEBOSH is essential
• Previous ISO Auditing and Compliance experience
