Charge Nurse £37,580 per year Whiteabbey, Co. Known for delivering high standards of resident-focused care within a positive and collaborative environment, this organisation is expanding its clinical leadership team. They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse to play a key role in guiding and supporting their nursing staff.

About the Position In this leadership role, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality clinical care, ensuring best practice standards are maintained at all times. Main Duties Oversee the daily running of the nursing unit Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to nursing and care teams Organise and delegate care responsibilities to maintain safe staffing levels Assess, monitor, and review residents clinical needs and care plans Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professionals Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, offering support and reassurance
