What You’ll Do:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by:

* Sourcing and screening education candidates for a wide range of roles in our Primary, Secondary and SEN schools

* Writing and posting job adverts

* Conducting telephone interviews and candidate pre-screening

* Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process

* Maintaining our candidate database and keeping records up to date

What We’re Looking For:

No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support. All we ask is that you bring:

* A positive, can-do attitude

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A genuine interest in people and career development

* The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales based role

* Be educated to Degree Level
