Our growing client are a specialist software company. This is a new permanent role for an additional BA professional to join their growing Product team.

You will use your domain knowledge to help work with pioneering products in this space.

In this BA role you will act as an important interface between customers and project managers. You will gather information, carry out detailed requirements analyses, document processes and customer-specific functions, and conduct user acceptance tests.

• Completed degree with a focus on economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the Banking sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Advanced technical skills
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
• Performing requirements analyses and creating customer specifications
• Documenting and communicating effort estimates
• Creating user stories
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Affinity for solving technical problems
• Experience in querying databases (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA) or AI tools (e.g. Replit) is a plus
• Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements

This position requires a proactive, analytical individual with a strong mix of Lending domain experience and some technical knowledge.
