Job Introduction

We are seeking a delivery‑driven Delivery Lead Data Specialist to lead the execution of a strategic enterprise‑wide Data & Analytics Programme, with a core focus on implementing a Unified Data Model that enables consistent, trusted, and actionable insights across the organisation. This role is central to advancing data maturity and operational agility by bridging the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of scalable data solutions, ensuring alignment with governance standards, and driving measurable outcomes that support strategic decision‑making.

The organization is currently deploying a Microsoft Fabric‑based data platform, architected using the Medallion model to support modular, reusable data pipelines. Power BI serves as the enterprise reporting layer, while  is used for planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

This is a strategic role for someone who not only understands the mechanics of project delivery but also understands and champions the business value of data—enabling a single source of truth, accelerating insight generation, and fostering a data‑driven culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the Data & Analytics Programme and deliver a Unified Data Model.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of scalable data solutions across the enterprise.
  • Ensure alignment with governance standards and best practices.
  • Drive measurable outcomes that support strategic decision‑making.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in project management within data and analytics programmes.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Medallion architecture, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using  for project planning and team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile

    PM) is a plus.
  • At least 2 years experience leading data projects.
  • At least 5 years project management experience (both Agile and Waterfall).
