NetSuite WMS Integrations Consultant

We are supporting a fast-growing start‑up that is using Net Suite as its core system of record and requires a hands‑on Technical Net Suite Integration Consultant to stabilise and align integrations across its warehouse and eCommerce landscape.

The business operates across the UK and US and needs a consultant who can take ownership of integrations between Net Suite, Shopify, and multiple warehouse / WMS platforms
, while assessing and optimising the wider Net Suite environment.

This is a technical delivery role rather than a functional or advisory position.

• Design, build, and support integrations between Net Suite and UK/US warehouse and WMS platforms
• Ensure Net Suite is the single source of truth for inventory and operational data
• Assess existing integration approaches and recommend improvements
• Work with both native Net Suite tools and non-native / third-party middleware as appropriate
• Write and maintain Suite Script (2.x) for integrations, automation, and custom logic
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs to manage data synchronisation and error handling
• Deliver an overall Net Suite system assessment, highlighting risks, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
• Provide hands‑on support to the wider business as Net Suite is embedded into day‑to‑day operations

• Strong technical Net Suite background
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST / SOAP)
• Experience integrating Net Suite with WMS / warehouse systems
• Experience working with Shopify integrations
• Comfortable operating in a start‑up or evolving environment
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of technical delivery
