Overview

A luxury ecommerce brand are looking for a Paid Social Manager to drive performance-led digital campaigns while balancing brand storytelling and commercial impact. This role sits at the heart of the companies digital marketing efforts, owning paid social performance while contributing to broader digital and organic strategies.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social and digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the full digital landscape
  • Align campaigns with business goals, KPIs, and commercial objectives
Paid Media Performance
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid channels
  • Lead A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation to maximise ROI
Organic Social & Content Creation
  • Create digital assets, graphics, and compelling social media copy
  • Manage organic social channels and drive audience growth and engagement
Analytics & Commercial Performance
  • Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Analyse results and translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements
Brand & Retail Marketing
  • Deliver campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and messaging
  • Apply brand-led thinking within a retail-focused marketing environment
Agency & Partner Collaboration (Bonus)
  • Work with external agencies and partners, managing briefs and outputs
  • Confidently collaborate across in-house teams and agency environments
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in paid social and digital marketing performance
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels
  • Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
