A property maintenance company is looking for a Property Maintenance & Clearance Operative in Newtownabbey. This role involves carrying out property clearances, cleaning, and security work across residential and commercial sites. The successful candidate should be comfortable with manual tasks, practical in using tools, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible working hours up to 25 hours per week, with payment varying based on age.

Training will be provided where necessary.
